Rock Valley Cabinetry provides an initial complimentary showroom design consultation. Additionally, we extend our services to encompass both design and install and full renovations / construction from Bay Valley Construction Solutions (our construction division) ensuring an exceptional start-to-finish experience for our clients. Regardless of the project size, we handle it with expertise. Working within all budget constraints, our dedicated team at Bay Valley Construction Solutions ( our construction division) is equipped to manage every facet of your project. This includes overseeing general contracting, coordinating tradespeople, managing schedules, and attending to project details to guarantee a smooth installation process.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
You will meet with a member of our team and they will delve into the overall style and scope of your project. We will present a comprehensive showcase of our cabinetry lines, and explain the distinctions for the various collections we offer in high-end, mid-range, and budget friendly options. This process aims to identify your unique style, goals and budget, ensuring a personalized and tailored approach to your essential requirements,

PRELIMINARY DESIGN (ESTABLISHING A BUDGET)
Retainer for Laundry Rooms, Closets, Mud Rooms, Benches, Hall Trees, Built-Ins, and Bookcases, $1000
Bathroom Vanities and Fireplace Surrounds, $500.

Following a comprehensive examination of your project, We address any additional inquiries pertaining to the overall design and cost. Once the project parameters are settled and we've gained your confidence, you can officially secure our services. At this point we request a $2,500.00 retainer, which is not an additional fee; instead, the entire retainer amount will be credited to your final project invoice. Our commitment lies in delivering our cabinetry at the most advantageous value for our clients. Should you opt not to proceed with the purchase, the drawings and renders are yours to keep but the retainer paid to Rock Valley Cabinetry will NOT be refunded.

DESIGN PHASE
During this phase, we generate comprehensive drawings and design renders of your project, encompassing cabinetry details, layout, floor plans, and elevations with measurements and present to you. Upon your review we will set-up a follow-up meeting to make any changes or finalize.

FINAL CONTRACT / DEPOSIT
Upon approving the design drawings / renders and finalizing decisions on all details, a formal estimate will be generated for your review. You will carefully review and sign all required documents on estimate and design drawings / renders/
To advance with the project, we request a deposit of 70% of the cabinetry cost. Once we receive your deposit and all signed documents, the order will be placed within 24 hours. Under no circumstances will any orders be placed without signed documents and 70% deposit.

PRODUCTION /FINAL PAYMENT / DELIVERY
Once the order is confirmed and entered into our portal the manufacturing process commences. We will receive an initial acknowledgment from the cabinet manufacturer, which will include estimated delivery week.
Cabinetry will ship from manufacturer to our Long Island, NY warehouse. We require the balance of cabinetry to be paid in full 7 days prior to cabinetry being delivered to your home. Under no circumstances will a delivery be set-up with prior payment in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once we have received payment, we will then set-up a white glove delivery to your home.
